Q. WHAT DID THE ALRESFORD PROJECT GROUP DO? - They organised a Parish Plan. A Parish Plan
is a document that sets out a vision for the future of the Parish. In addition if a need arises in the village funding will
be sought and applied to that need.
Q. WHO DECIDES WHAT IS IN A PARISH PLAN? - The Plan is based on information provided from the
local community by means of surveys, research and consultation.
Q. WILL IT ACTUALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO MY COMMUNITY? -Yes! For example youth sports and activities
are an area which require help and support - the Alresford Project Group have identified this need already from two workshop
surveys and will assist in fund raising.
